Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup choc bits
- 2 x 7g sachets dry yeast (or 30g fresh)
- 4 cups plain flour
- 8 TBS coco powder
- 300ml milk, warmed
- 90g butter
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 150g dark chocolate, melted
Glaze:
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
