Savoury Semolina Pancakes

Ingredients:
- Salt to taste
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 medium sized carrot grated
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 Cup curd
- 2 1/2 Cup water
- 2 Cups Semolina
- 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp kashmiri Red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh green coriander
- 2 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum finely chopped
Method:
- Mix water and curd in Semolina, keep aside for half an hr. After Semolina is nicely Soaked, mix kashmiri Red chilli powder and salt In it, then add in all the vegetables.
- Heat a tawa/ skillet, pour a few drops of oil, spread it on the tawa, then pour a ladel full of the batter. Spread with light hands. Let it become light brown from the bottom, then turn over to cook on other side
- Remove from tawa, repeat with rest of the batter, and serve the chilla's with green chutney and Tomato sauce.
