Gobi Masala Paratha | Cauliflower Paratha | Stuffed Paratha |

Gobi paratha or parathas stuffed with cauliflower based filling is a perennial winter favourite- wholesome and filling. Fresh cauliflowers from the farms impart that extra zest to the paratha. This is a stand-alone meal or can be had as a snack and is served with yogurt, green chutney or pickles and a fresh green salad. Ingredients:

  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Aamchur powder - 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
  • Refined oil - 7-8 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • AP flour - 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Grated ginger 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cauliflower- 1 medium size
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
