- Sooji/Semolina- 1/4 th cup
- Oil for frying
- dates jaggery/ patali gur-300 gms
- Khoya - 50 gms
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Milk- 400ml
- Grated coconut- 2 cups
- Cardamom powder-1 tsp
- Maida/All purpose flour - 1 cup
Note: If you don't get jagerry, you can use sugar instead of jaggery.
