All time favourite snack sev and tikkha gathiya in easiest way.
Ingredients:
- Salt 1 spoon
- Oil 2 spoon
- Water 1 ½ cup
- Besan 500 grams
- Ajwain 1 spoon
Procedure:
- Strain the flour, add salt, hing and oil to it
- Mix well
- Add water as required and make a soft dough
- Divide the dough into two parts
- Add Chilly powder, warm oil and ajwain into one part of dough
- Add the dough into sev machine and fry sev and gathiya on medium flame
- Sprinkle some hing over it
