INGREDIENTS :
For dough:
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Corn flour – 3/4th cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – ½ glass
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Turmeric/haldi powder – ½ tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Semolina/Rava/Sooji – 2 tbs
- Maida (all purpose flour) – 1 tbs
For nacho spice:
- Oregano and Chilly flakes – 1 tbs
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbs
- Red chilly powder – ½ tbs
- Salt – as per taste
- Jeera – 1 tbs
For salsa:
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
- Finely chopped Onions
- Finely chopped Coriander leaves
- Nacho Spice
- Finely chopped Capsicum
- Finely chopped Tomatoes
- Tomato ketchup
For cheese dip:
- Butter – 1-1.5 tbs
- Processed Cheese – 2-3 cubes
- Milk – ½ cup
- Turmeric/Haldi powder – a pinch
- Maida/All purpose flour – 1.5 tbs
- Corn starch – ½ tbs:
PROCEDURE:
For dough:
- Add wheat flour, corn flour, semolina and maida
- Add salt, oil, vinegar and combine well
- Add water and make a soft dough
- Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes
For nacho chips:
- Make equal parts of dough and roll it to thin rotis
- Heat the pan and roast the rotis (just a little)
- Make triangular parts of rotis with a cutter
- Fry all the chips on medium flame
For nacho spice:
- Roast jeera, coriander seeds, chilly powder, salt, oregano and chilly flakes
- Blend it well and sprinkle this nacho spice over all the nacho chips
For salsa:
- Take finely chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum and coriander leaves
- Add some nacho spice, tomato ketchup, lemon juice and olive oil
- Mix everything well
For cheese dip:
- Take some butter and add maida into it
- Roast it well and add a pinch of turmeric powder into it
- Add milk and stir continuously
- Add processed cheese and let it melt
- Add corn starch and stir continuously till the sauce becomes thick and smooth
For serving:
- Take nacho chips
- Add salsa over it
- Place cheese dip and you can also pour cheese over all nacho chips
- Finally garnish with mayonnaise
