~Cheese Corn Jelly Shots~
Ingredients:
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 165g grated quickmelt cheese
- 1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
- 1 cup (250mL) all purpose cream
- 1 can (250g) Relish Whole Corn Kernel
- 165g processed filled cheese
Procedure:
- Dice processed filled cheese and drain whole corn. Add some cheese and corn at the bottom of each shot glass and set aside
- In a pot, dissolve yellow Mr. Hat Gulaman in evaporated milk. Add all purpose cream and condensed milk and mix well to combine. Bring to a low boil with continuous stirring then turn off heat. Add grated quickmelt cheese and mix well just until big lumps dissolve
- Pour into prepared shot glass. Cool completely until set. Once set, add more corn on top
- Beat whipping cream until stiff. Pipe on top of each shot glass and chill
- Once chilled, top with grated cheese and corn before serving
