These are so easy to make!!!!
Really - ANYONE can make these and they look really pretty so they make a great gift.
►You will need:
- Skewer or tooth pick (optional)
- Nail Varnish - avoid quick dry if you can, it's much harder to work with. You might also want to give glitter nail varnish a miss - the glitter gets everywhere!
- Bowl with hot water (not boiling)
- Mugs
