POT ROAST - Slow Cooker Version

I love my slow cooker as i can prepare our dinner in the morning and have it waiting for us for when we get home from work. Todays recipe is my spin on a traditional pot roast by cooking it in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet french onion soup
- vegetables of your choice
- 2kg lamb leg
- 1 cup water plus 1/2 cup later on
