CRISPY POTATO CHIPS:
- 3-4 Russet Potatoes, peeled, rinsed and sliced thinnly into cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2-3 cups vegetable oil
- Remove potato slices from water and pat dry on paper towels, flip each potato slice to dry other side.
- In a heavy sauce pan or skillet, heat oil, on medium heat to 370-375 degrees. Add potato slices to oil, single layer only, fry 1-2 minutes or until a light golden in color.
- Remove potato chips from oil to cooling rack and season with salt.
- Allow POTATO CHIPS to cool and air dry for 30 minutes.
- Serve and ENJOY!!
