Creamy Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe with Lady's Choice Mayonnaise | Chicken Macaroni Salad with Mayonnaise | Christmas Macaroni Salad Recipe | How to Make Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

400g macaroni pasta (cook according to package instructions)
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
300g crushed pineapple, drained
250mL all purpose cream
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp pickled relish
400g chicken breast, boiled and shredded
¼ cup sugar
200g raisins
160g diced carrots. boiled until soft
165g processed cheese, diced
470mL Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
¼ tsp ground black pepper

*Rock salt and onion in boiling the chicken breast

*Rock salt for boiling the carrots (you can also boil the carrots with the same water after boiling the chicken)

*Rock salt for boiling the macaroni pasta and oil for drizzling (prevent from sticking)
