Pineapple yogurt popsicles made from three ingredients
Being a food blogger means I'm in the supermarket almost every day. Of course, I always write a grocery list so I do not end up with a thousand delicious things to get home. And only the ONE, important ingredient still well protected in the vegetable department lies.
Nope. Something like that definitely happens to me and never does not.
OK. I admit it. It would be nice! But sometimes even with such unplanned shopping tours, the best recipes are created. Pineapple yogurt popsicles made from three ingredients, for example.

For the pineapple yoghurt popsicles you only need a ripe pineapple, yogurt and vanilla.
The best: The preparation is very easy. Just puree the pineapple, spread it evenly over your ice creams and allow them half an hour in the freezer. Then mix yogurt and vanilla and add the vanilla yogurt to the frozen pineapple puree. Stalk in, off into the freezing and after a few hours you will be rewarded with healthy popsicles.
And this taste! Holy Guacamole! The pineapple yogurt popsicles made from three ingredients are the perfect blend of extra-fruity pineapple and a hint of vanilla.

Peel pineapple, remove the stalk and puree. Evenly split the pineapple puree onto the popsicle molds. Freeze in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Mix yoghurt and vanilla. If necessary sweeten with sugar. Also split on the Popsicle shapes. Insert the ice stick in the center and let it freeze overnight, but at least for 5 hours.
Briefly keep the individual forms under hot water for dissolution.
I do not use sugar for this recipe. If you like it a little sweeter, yogurt and pineapple can also be sweet. To keep the stalks straight, let the frozen ice freeze for about 30 minutes and then insert the stems.
