~Ube Cheese Puto Flan~

Ingredients:

• 5 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup condensed
• 1/2 cup evap

• 1/2 tbsp ube extract
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 egg whites
• 3/4 cup evap
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

• 165g cheddar cheese
