INGREDIENTS:

For base:

• 30 chocolate/Oreo cookies crumbs (350g)
• 7tbsp melted unsalted butter

For filling:

• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• 1.5 cups icing sugar
• 3 cups or 680g cream cheese at room temperature
• 2 cups Nutella
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder

For Ganache topping:

• 1/2 cup whipped cream
• 3/4 cup chopped almonds for decoration
• 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
