PUTO MIXTURE:

• 1 cup water

• 3/4 cup evaporated milk ___ 13

KUTSINTA MIXTURE:

• 1/2 cup all purpose _________ 5
• 2 cups water
• or orange food color as desired
• 1 tsp lye water __________________ 1
• 1 1/2 cup cassava flour _____ 15
• 2 tbsp annato seed solution (atsuete) __ 2
• 1 1/4 cup brown sugar ______ 11
