How to cook Pork Dinuguan

Pork Dinuguan is a Filipino dish simmered in a rich mixture of vinegar/sinigang mix pig's blood and pork belly. This Filipino dish is an acquired taste and its usually paired with puto or rice. Pork belly is usually use but you may also use pork shoulder which I just used in my Recepi.
"PORK DINUGUAN"
Ingredients:
- 5-6 Cloves -- Garlic
- 2Tbsp.-- Lemon juice
- 1 pc Pork Cube
- 1/2 Tbsp -- Salt
- 11/2 C hot water
- 1 pouch sinigang mix
- 3pcs.-- Dried bay leaves or Laurel
- 1/4C-- Soy Sauce
- 4-5 pcs --Chillies
- 1C-- Pork Blood
- 1tsp. -- Black pepper
- 1Tbsp -- Brown Sugar
- 1 big Onion
- 1.2kg-- Pork Shoulder
