Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 250g butter/ margarine
  • 1 kg all purpose flour
  • 2 T Baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 c water (ice cold water)
  • 1 c white sugar

Filling:

  • 1/2 carrot diced
  • 1 small bellpepper diced
  • 2 t soy sauce
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 T tomato paste
  • 1/2 kg ground pork
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 medium sized potato cubed
  • Boiled eggs
  • 1 T white sugar
