Crispy Pork belly Sisig
Ingredients:
- 900g Pork belly slices
for boiling:
- half onion
- 1 L water
- 2 pieces Dried Bay leaves
- 1 pork cube
- 3 cloves garlic
for Seasoning:
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 pieces Japaleno or any chillies of your choice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 whole Red onion
- 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
