Ingredients:

  • 900g Pork belly slices

for boiling:

  • half onion
  • 1 L water
  • 2 pieces Dried Bay leaves
  • 1 pork cube
  • 3 cloves garlic

for Seasoning:

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 pieces Japaleno or any chillies of your choice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 whole Red onion
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
