Pineapple Pork Meatloaf

Hey RitasEastas! On this video, I'll show you how to make this simple and delicious meatloaf. I love a good meatloaf, honey; and this one hits the spot! It's got an Asian flare, and I really think you're gonna love this one. Enjoy?

What you'll need; I'll show you what to do:

Bread (1slice per lb.)
Red bell pepper
1cup Hoisin sauce and/or Sweet&Spicy BBQ sauce
Ground pork
Green onions/scallions (whites minced, greens diced)
1can of Pineapple tidbits *reserve juice
1Egg

At least 2tbsp of the following:

Garlic powder
Paprika *I used Smoked
Onion Powder
Minced garlic
Brown sugar
Chili paste
Salt&Pepper
Soy sauce

1tsp each:

Minced and ground ginger
