Breaded Pork Chop is a quick dish to prepare. It works well with mashed potato, steamed vegestables and for Filipinos best with steamed white rice. you can have it with gravy or ketchup will do.
Breaded Pork Chop Recipe:
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2-4 cups cooking
- 4 pcs. pork chops
Instruction:
- Rub salt & pepper all over the pork chops. let it rest for 10 min.
- Heat the frying pan, pour a cooking oil meanwhile
- Combine flour and cornstarch mi well
- Crack the eggs in a bowl
- Dredge a piece of pork chop in the flour mixture
- then deep fry for about 12 to 15 min or til golden brown
- serve with gravy or ketchup.
