How to Cook a Pork Sinigang

Pork Sinigang is a popolar Filipino sour soup that makes use of different souring agent to flavour the broth .( with my sinigang I used a sinigang Mix) Green or unripe tamarind is trtaditionally used.This recipe uses pork as the main ingredient. In my recipe I used a vegetables that is available at time.
Pork Sinigang
Ingredients:
- 500g Pork belly
- packet of spinach
- 4 pcs. med size gabi or Taro
- A packet of sinigang mix ( it depends how sour you prefer)
- 1 pc. red Onion
- 4 pcs. long chilli
- Fish sauce to taste
- 1 pc.egg plant or Aubergine
- 6 pcs. flat beans
- 2 pcs. med size Tomatoes
- 1.5 L water ( I used pinaghugasan ng bigas)
