  • Finely chopped garlic - 2 tsp

  • 1/2 Red bell pepper (cut into slice)
  • French beans - 6-7 (Blanched)
  • All purpose flour - 11/2 tbsp
  • Refined Oil - 2 tsp
  • Carrot- 1 small (cut in slice and blanched)
  • Beaten egg
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper (Cut into slice)
  • Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Dried Parsley - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 3-4 tbsp
  • Fish fillets - 500gms (Basa/ bombay Bhetki)
  • Broccoli (Blanched)
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
