Preheat oven to 300 F. degrees

HERB RUBBED OVEN BRAISED PORK RIBS:

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves
  • 2 1/2-lbs Pork Ribs
  1. In a small bowl, combine salt, rosemary. Rub the seasons over all sides of the meat, pressing to adhere. In a large Dutch oven or heavy ovenproof skillet with tight-fitting lid over medium-high heat, warm canola oil. Add the pork ribs, brown on all sides for 6-8 minutes. Transfer meat to a pan and set aside.
  2. Add the broth to the Dutch oven, scraping up any browned bits. Bring the broth to a boil, and then return the pork rib to the pan. Cover and bake until the pork is very tender, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Remove ribs to serving dish and let rest 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite sauces and side side(s).
Enjoy your meal!
