CREAMY BEEF - Slow Cooker Recipe

This recipe is SO easy to make. You put it all in the slow cooker before you leave for work and its ready for when you come home. This is why i love my slow cooker!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 tbs paprika
- 2 tbs flour
- 250ml (1 cup) beef stock
- 125ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1 tbs cornflour
- 1kg steak
- 250ml (1 cup) sour cream
- 70g (1/4 cup) tomato paste
