Chicken kofta curry is a rich, aromaric tomato makhni based curry with chicken kofta balls. Minced chicken mixed with spices and herbs are shaped in balls, traditionally known as kofyas. - sugar - 1/4 th tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- chicken paste - 500 gms
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion - 3 large
- Refined oil - 4-5 tbsp
- yogurt - 25 gms
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Whole spices :
- Cloves - 3-4
- Star annies - 1
- Cinamon stick - 1 inch
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
