Its a traditional complement with the beer in any occation we call it "Pulutan". The more chillies you add it boost the taste of every ingredients coated to the Pork.You won't wasting your time to watch this video beacuse i include exact measurement written down below. SPICY CALDERETA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp Annato powder
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 pcs lady finger chilli (chopped)
  • ½ of whole Garlic (minced)
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 can Liver spread (small)
  • 4 t Salt
  • 1 c Water
  • ½ c Relish pickles
  • 2 tbsp Margerine
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 3-4 pcs onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 5 pcs thai chilli pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 kg Pork ribs

slurry mixture:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
