Vegetarian Meatballs – Let's go
Allrighty. Here are all the ingredients (except for salt and pepper) that you need for the veggie meatballs.
It all starts with dicing the onion and placing it in a large bowl with oatmeal, milk, eggs, cheese and spices.
Now you just have to mix the whole thing neatly and form pretty, about palm-sized cutlets.
The last step: roast. The most attentive among you know that I fried the recipe in the first version in two portions. Today, I like to fry all the meatballs at the same time in a large pan with a little sunflower oil. After all, why should we stand in the kitchen for twice as long, even though it is easier? Just!
By the way: The meatballs are also great as Mealprep, For this I like to make double the portion and keep the meatballs in the refrigerator until the next use. Packed airtight for a few days, they make every simple meal even tastier.

Fast Veggie Meatballs Deluxe
Fast Veggie Meatballs are deliciously crunchy, juicy and on the table in just 20 minutes. A super tasty and meatless meatballs!
Calories per serving: 221kcal
1 size onion
250 ml milk
250 G hearty oatmeal Alternatively, mix tender and meaty oatmeal
140 G grated cheese eg Gouda
2 1/2 TL curry
1 1/2 TL salt
2 EL Sunflower oil
Ketchup for serving
Finely dice the onion. Put in a large bowl and add milk, oatmeal, eggs, cheese, cury and salt. Mix well and season with pepper.
Make meatballs out of the dough. I always take a big tablespoon per meatball, so they were about the size of a palm.
Fry each four meatballs in a tablespoon of oil slowly on one side over medium heat until the underside is nice and firm. Turn and roast from the other side.
Serve with ketchup.
