A vegetarian friendly cupcake recipe you will surely love! Very easy to make with simple ingredients you might already have in your kitchen! Very cheap production cost, very moist and chocolatey! Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder (I used Bensdorp)
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil (I use canola oil)
  • Marshmallows on top
