NO BAKE | EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE RECIPE

You can now make your own chocolate cupcake egg free and without oven with this recipe! This is my go to recipe whenever I need to make chocolate cupcake. They are so moist and has a rich chocolate flavor intensified by adding coffee.

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil (canola)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• ½ tablespoon instant coffee powder/granules

• This recipe makes 12 cupcakes

• You can steam them low and slow for about 22-25 minutes to prevent cracking and have a smooth domed top
