Bake 15-2o minutes for mini-muffins, 30-40 minutes for regular mufiins and 1 hour 10 minutes for Banana Bread Loaf. Insert tooth pick in muffins and bread to make sure they are baked. Cool in pan for 3 minutes before removing from pan to cooling rack. After cooling, store in airtight container up to 4 days.
