This S'mores cupcake recipe is a perfect balance of flavors and textures with s'more crunch, s'more marshmallowy softness and s'more chocolate!

- 1 tsp baking soda
MARSHMALLOW FROSTING:
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ cups sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 large egg whites
TOPPINGS:
- Graham crackers
- Drizzle with melted milk chocolate
- Dark chocolate chunks
