INGREDIENTS:

1/2 teaspoon salt
3 packs of Milo (22 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 cup sugar

1 egg
1 cup water
1/4 vegetable oil

Malteesers
Dark chocolate syrup

Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Makes 12 cupcakes
