COCONUT MACAROONS
Ingredients:
- 1 can (390g) condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (100g) dessicated coconut
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
Bake at 170C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the cool completely. They will soften once cooled.
