Ingredients:

  • 1 can (390g) condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups (100g) dessicated coconut
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Bake at 170C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the cool completely. They will soften once cooled.
