Ingredients:

  • 150mL condensed milk
  • 150g dark chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ⅔ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt

* Bake in a preheated oven at 160C with water bath for 20-25 minutes and cool completely (add hot water in a baking dish below the muffin pan when baking so it won't dry out and will cook evenly throughout without puffing and cracking from the heat in the oven)

* Makes (1) dozen 3oz custaroons
