Subway make some tasty and healthy Subs, but their cookies are not as healthy but they sure to taste good. Today i will show you my version of their White chocolate & Macadamia cookie. This recipe makes about 20 cookies.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Bi-carb soda
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 2 cups all purpose unbleached white flour
- 150g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup bag white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
