TODAY'S RECIPE IS Coffee Bean Cookies Recipe | No Egg No Oven Coffee Cookies Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

• Coffee powder 1 pack
• Hot water 1 & 1/2 tbsp

Mix well & keep aside

• Butter 2 tbsp
• Sugar 1/4 cup

Mix until fluffy

All purpose flour 1/2 cup

• Cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp

• Add coffee

Make cookies dough

Greased tray

Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame

After 5 mins place the tray

Cook it on medium low flame for 20-25 mins

Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 15-25 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
