CINNAMON SUGAR:
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 ¾ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 mins. Cool them completely
