Happy Valentine's Day GIANT CHOCOLATE CHIP HEART COOKIE!! Recipe below...

GIANT HEART SHAPED COOKIE:

1 (16-ounce) package unbaked Chip Chip cookie dough, or your favorite cookie dough

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Lightly grease a 9" by 11" heart shaped cookie pan. Evenly press cookie dough in pan.
3. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden around edges.
4. Cool cookie completely before removing from pan.

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:

• 1-2 tablespoons milk
• pinch of salt
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1-1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. In a medium mixing bowl beat together powder sugar, salt, and butter.
2. Add milk and vanilla extract. Beat on high for 4 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
3. Divide buttercream to add food coloring, optional.
4. Decorate giant cookie to your liking.

TIPS: Freeze decorated cookie up to 1 month in an airtight sealed container.
