Easter Egg Cookies - Video Recipe

These are a great little treat to serve on easter and are very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
- 125g butter, chopped
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1¼ cups self-raising flour
ICING:
- 10g butter
- 18 small Easter eggs, unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon coloured sprinkles
- 3 drops pink food colouring
- 1½ cups icing sugar, sifted
- 2 teaspoons milk
