INGREDIENTS:

• Salt to taste
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Flour 2 cup
• Rest for 10 mins
• Yeast 2 tsp
• Sugar 3 tbsp
• Luke warm milk 2/3 cup

1. Knead for 10 mins
2. Soft & smooth dough
3. Rub some oil
4. Rest for 1 hour
5. Hot oil
6. Fry until golden brown (low flame)
7. Whipped cream

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
