Who doesn't love a good chocolate cookie? And being Christmas time we are allowed to over indulge even if its only a little bit. This cookie is bound to set your taste buds on fire!
Ingredients:
- pre made icing.
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 TSP Vanilla extract
- 1 TSP baking powder/soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 4 TBS corn flour/starch
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 225g butter or two sticks
