Step by step recipe of Aaloo Masala Poori.
Poori is a traditional breakfast dish of India. Today's we have made some variations in the traditional Poori recipe. By adding boiled mashed potatoes and some basic spices, this recipe came out as perfect breakfast food. Enjoy it with any kind of sabji or pickle.
Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes - 2
- Coriander powder - 1/3 tsp
- Carom seeds/ajwain - 1/4 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Fresh Coriander leaves
- Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
- Garam Masala - 14 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
