MALUNGGAY OATMEAL COOKIES:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (225g) softened butter, unsalted
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Handful of dark chocolate callets (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup malunggay flakes
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes
BUTTER COOKIES:
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 whole egg
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 15-18 mins or until edges are golden
SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES:
Ingredients:
For the Cinnamon Sugar:
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 ¾ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 mins
OREO CREAM CHEESE COOKIES:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ bar (113g) cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cup softened butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes
To Make Oreo Cream Cheese Cookies:
- Add chopped 6 pcs oreo cookies
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes
