This cheesecake recipe is just to die for, it looks fantastic and tastes the same way to!
Ingredients:
Base:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups Biscuits
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
Cheesecake:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 680g cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 bottle red food coloring
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
Topping Ingredients:
- Strawberries for garnish
- 115g cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners/icing sugar
