OREO (NO BAKE) CHEESECAKE

• 1 - 7" springform pan, or double the recipe to make a
• 1 - 10" springform pan or 13" by 9" baking dish.

OREO (NO BAKE) CHEESECAKE:

• 10 regular Oreo Cookies, crushed
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

1. Add Oreo cookies to a gallon size sealed plastic bag. With the back of a rolling pin crush Oreos to a fine texture (food processor may also be used). Add melted butter to cookie crumbs. Mix with fork.
2. Add Oreo mixture to the bottom of springform pan and firmly press into the bottom. Set aside.

OREO CHEESECAKE FILLING:

• 4-ounces Cream Cheese
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• (Crumbled Oreo cookies for topping)
• 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. In a large mixing bowl add heavy whipping cream. Using a hand mixer, on medium speed, whip cream until double in volume, about two(2) minutes. Set aside.
2. In a medium mixing bowl add softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until mixture is light and creamy.
3. Add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream. Beat until well blended, about 30 seconds.
4. Add whipped cream mixture to the top of the Oreo Cookie crust. Add additional chopped Oreo cookies to the top (as many as you wish). Firmly press into no bake cheesecake filling. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight.
5. Serve and ENJOY!!

TIP: Add OREO (NO BAKE) CHEESECAKE to freezer for a delicious frozen dessert.
