Delicious, Decadent, Not for dieters!

This is a simple and delicious No Bake Bailey's Cheesecake made with Bailey's Cream Liqueur (Irish Whisky) it's smooth and rich and perfect for parties.

You can easily make this a day or two ahead and store in the fridge or you can freeze it and defrost in the fridge. It's ideal for beginners because it's super simple and can be made in half an hour. It's great at this time of the year when your hosting festive parties. Ideal for a dessert on Christmas day because you can make it a day or two ahead - one less thing to worry about!

Make sure you refrigerate this for at least 2 and ideally 4 or more hours. Cover with cling film to stop strong odours affecting the taste of the cake.

  • 600g cream cheese (room temp)
  • 100g margarine/butter (melted)
  • 200ml double cream (whipped to medium/stiff peaks)
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 60g chocolate shavings
  • 65-100ml Irish Whisky Cream
  • 250g crushed biscuits (I have used Nice biscuits)

  • 3 cups crushed biscuits (I have used Nice biscuits)
  • Skant 1/2 cup margarine/butter (melted)
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup Irish Whisky Cream
  • 7fl oz double cream (whipped to medium/stiff peaks)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate shavings
  • 2 + 2/3 cup cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1 cup icing sugar
