Ingredients:
Base:
- 80g butter
- 1 1/4 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
Filling:
- 400g can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
- 500g Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon rind
