Gummy Cheesecake Hearts

This recipe is so simple to make you no longer have any reason not to make something special for your other half for valentines day :)
Ingredients:
- 150g butter
- 300g sweet biscuits/cookies
Cheesecake:
- Strawberries
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 & 1/2 TBS gelatin
- 500g cream cheese
Jelly:
- 1 & 1/2 cups boiling water
- 160g strawberry flavoured jelly
- 2 TSB gelatine
