This truly is a fantastic treat to have during the day with friends and coffee. The taste of cheesecake and Irish cream is a perfect combination.
Ingredients:
- 25ml/1fl oz Baileys or my own Irish cream liqueur recipe
- 250g/8¾oz cookies/biscuits
- 100ml/3½oz Icing sugar
- 600g/1lb 5oz cream cheese
- 300ml/10½oz Thickened/whipping cream
- 100g/3½oz butter
- 100g/3½oz Chocolate
