Ingredients:
Base:
- 80g Butter
- 250g cookies
Filling:
- 3 cups blueberries
- 250ml thickened/heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice. (Sorry i lost the footage of me using it but you need it.)
- 1/4 cup water
- 40g gelatine
- 1 cup sugar
- 400g cream cheese
Topping:
- 1/2 cup icing/powdered sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
- 250ml Thickened/heavy cream
